About Us

Randy Leggitt Construction Inc. was founded in March of 1985. Our company is family owned and operated.  We specialize in  custom craftsmanship from the framing phase of construction to the finish work in all of our  projects.  With over 25 years of contracting experience; Randy has constructed and remodeled custom homes on the waterfront on Lido Island,  Newport Beach, San Clemente,  Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, La Habra Heights, Santa Ana Canyon, Corona,  La Mirada, Whittier,  Brea, Yorba Linda, and Fullerton. He has also built floating Condos in San Francisco Bay, commercial shopping centers and several churches.

Today we specialize in residential custom homes & remodels. Whether building a custom home from the ground up or remodeling a home to make it custom for our clients. Our signature on every project is the quality of each and every  job that we take on. Quality of work and client satisfaction is paramount for us – and it shows.

Randy's sons, Jeremy & Travis, do most of the framing and all of the finish work on all his projects, including moldings, base, door, window and cabinetry installation. They been trained in the tradition of their father, focusing on precision, accuracy & attention to detail. Few carpenters measure up to Randy's exacting quality standards.

As our logo says “Framing to Finish” we do both the framing and the finish work. Our framers are not only framers but finish carpenters! They are involved on a job from day one through completion. As framers they perfectionists: keep in mind that they are also going to be doing the finish work and cabinetry, which means their framing needs to be precise to ensure a beautiful finished product.

As finish carpenters they build cabinetry as detailed or as streamlined as the client requests. With many styles to choose from they are able to customize the cabinetry to exactly what the client wants for their home.  All cabinetry is custom built in our shop, designed by Randy and built and  installed by Jeremy & Travis. We build a variety of styles of cabinets, entertainment centers, custom built-ins,  bars, kitchen cabinets, nooks, bathroom cabinets, office work stations, desks and more. 

Randy contracts, schedules and supervises all phases from foundations to landscaping including other trades on the job.

We are dedicated to excellence in all of our projects. We only use the highest quality subcontractors and materials. .Our company is fully licensed, bonded and  insured to protect your home and property.
